Low-voltage electrical appliances mandatory certification of the Seven Gulf Countries - G-Mark Certification
The Middle East region has strict and diverse certification requirements for electronic and electrical products. The certification systems implemented by different countries have their own focuses in terms of applicable scope, technical standards, and application procedures. To assist enterprises in efficiently expanding the market in the Middle East, this article will systematically review the low-voltage product certification requirements of the seven Gulf countries, helping you quickly grasp the key information for export compliance.

According to the regulations of the Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO), all household appliances and low-voltage electrical appliances entering the markets of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen must obtain the G-Mark certification.
